How Seattle pricing works
Two ways to buy, and you take whichever is cheaper for what you have.
By item. Every common object has a published price. You see the total before a truck is assigned. This is the better route up to roughly four or five pieces.
By volume. For a basement, a garage or a move-out, you buy a share of the truck: quarter $241, three-eighths $338, half $431, five-eighths $513, three-quarters $587, seven-eighths $661, full $732. Disposal is included at every rung.
The minimum visit in the Seattle market is $95. Carry-out from any floor is included, and there is no stair charge — a point that matters here more than in most cities, because so much of the housing stock sits at the top of a flight of outdoor steps or at the bottom of a narrow Craftsman basement stair.
