The service isn't subject to Washington's ~10.35% retail sales tax. WA instead applies a small 3.6% state Refuse/Solid Waste Collection Tax on the disposal portion, which may show on your receipt — much less than the retail sales rate.
Yes — Seattle's Craftsman and box homes have basements and attics, and we carry everything up the stairs and out. You don't lift a thing.
No — Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, and the hill neighborhoods are full of no-elevator walk-ups. We carry furniture and mattresses down at no extra charge.
Yes — the Downtown, Belltown, South Lake Union, and Bellevue high-rises require a Certificate of Insurance and a reserved freight elevator. We file the COI and book the elevator, included in the flat price.
Yes — Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Bothell, Woodinville, Newcastle, and Renton, plus all of Seattle.
Furniture, mattresses, appliances (fridges with freon recovered), electronics (recycled via WA E-Cycle), exercise equipment, basement and attic and full-home or estate cleanouts. We can't take hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, propane) — ask us and we'll point you the right way.
